Terms and Conditions for Return and Refund

Customers have the right to cancel within 14 days from the date their order is placed.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase of a service plan, simply contact us within this 14-day period and Sure Fix will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

If more than 14 days have passed, we may still offer a partial refund within 28 days of purchase. After 28 days, refunds will no longer be available.

BACS / Direct Debit

Regardless of payment method, your 14-day right to cancel remains unchanged.

 

Refund Method

All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

We do not process refunds to alternative accounts or cards.

 

Follow-Up and Payment Processing

Once you purchase a plan, our team will contact you to confirm activation and advise when your payment will be processed. Please ensure sufficient funds are available.

If payment fails, we will get in touch to confirm if you wish to proceed. If we don’t hear back, the plan will be cancelled.

 

Authorised Payments

Payments must be made by individuals authorised to transact on their own behalf.

Sure Fix does not accept payments made under power of attorney or other third-party authorisation arrangements.
