    Your cover activates instantly once payment is confirmed. You’ll get an email confirmation within minutes.
  • Do I need to schedule anything to activate the plan?
    No. Your plan starts automatically and runs for 12 months from purchase.
  • When does the service expire?
    Your cover ends exactly 12 months later at 23:59 on the final day unless renewed.

What’s Included:

  • Unlimited callouts and repairs for covered appliances during the 12-month plan
  • Labour costs covered
  • Replacement parts included (subject to availability)
  • Technician visits arranged within 24–48 hours of logging a fault
  • Cover for mechanical and electrical breakdowns

What’s Not Included:

  • Cosmetic damage or general wear and tear
  • Pre-existing faults before cover started
  • Damage caused by misuse or unauthorised repairs
  • Appliances older than 10 years when the plan starts
  • Damage from natural disasters, floods, or fire

We currently cover mainland UK postcodes only.

Remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands) may have longer response times, please contact us to check availability in your location.


Response Time:

We aim to arrange an engineer visit within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.


Prohibited Use & Plan Exclusions

To protect fair use and maintain service quality, the following are not covered:

  • Damage or faults existing before plan activation
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or tampering
  • Repairs unrelated to normal appliance function
  • Illegal or fraudulent use of our platform or services
  • Appliances not used according to manufacturer guidelines
